Adaption; Noun - the action or process of adapting

Given the right direction, explanation, involvement, training and support, an organisation will self-adapt to evolve into the desired behavioural state.

Organisations can be seen a Self Adaptive Systems in which people observe what needs to be done and take action based on their observations and motivations.

High engagement work practices generate the discretionary behaviours that fuel self-adaption as people feel a real sense of ownership, responsibility and commitment, all focused on driving forward the changes that are required.
